Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the destination ZIP code, package weight, package dimensions, and selected shipping method.

We currently ship using USPS and UPS depending on the package and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information will be automatically provided.

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted. During high-volume periods, holidays, event seasons, or weather-related delays, additional processing and transit time may occur.

Custom orders, made-to-order products, and orders requiring special information, personalization, or event-specific processing may require additional production and fulfillment time before shipment.

Special Event & Promotional Shipping Rates

At times, special shipping rates or shipping options may be available for:

• Pickup at Expo orders
• Post-event merchandise orders
• Promotional shipping offers
• Special event fulfillment programs

When available, these special shipping options and pricing will automatically appear during checkout.

Shipping times are subject to carrier capabilities and seasonal shipping volume.
